Know when to fold 'em

The 3rd month house hunting. We got out of a bad deal on Hrubetz Rd where the Baptist church next door had sold their back acreage to a developer in a private hush hush deal to put in 14 homes. And we thought we were buying a secluded hide-a-way, since that is how they marketed it online.
So, we lost our earnest money, but we are off to small claims court to try to get it back! Never say die...

And we pulled out of Vitae Springs when we saw that it needed 70k worth of repairs...YIKES!

And we fell in love with Elderberry, but the seller has been a tough negotiator, so we are walking away.
I hear Bob Seegr in the back ground singing "Know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, and when to run"
